The game is still very much in early development so don’t expect it to release before 2024-2025. The Assassin’s Creed protagonists | Ubisoft Infinity is supposed to tie in all of the previous games in the franchise through a live-service model which will allow you to drop into any setting and time period you like. This is the next fully-fledged Assassin’s Creed game and, in fact, it’s the most ambitious Assassin’s Creed title Ubisoft has ever developed. So, think of it as Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, but for the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Rift was being developed as a DLC to Valhalla at first, but then terraformed into its own standalone project.
